Forget the chrome... The chrome is and will always be a sideshow at Mc Fauld's Lake. The market wants a Cu, Ni, PGE mine and, therefore that's what we want too... And what NOT must deliver.
We sophisticated retailers might understand and appreciate the significance of the chrome, but clearly the simple Bay Streeters do not, and unfortunately they have much more money than we do.
So, I hope to hell we are not waiting for chrome assays, because frankly, I don't want to hear about any chrome. I want copper, I want nickel, I want PGEs, I want nickel... Did I say I want nickel?
I suspect that the assay delays have more to do with them being redone due to high values, because nothing in the relevant NRs mentioned any occurence of chrome along the MMS conduit that NOT were chasing on a northwest heading, and the geology as reported does not support the occurence of chrome inside the ROF intrusion.
Anyway, Noront needs to stay focussed on the Cu, Ni, PGE story, This is what first ignited the market's interest, and this is what they want. No point in fighting the market... Clearly the market does not want to be distracted by grandiose ideas of vast belts of high grade chrome.
Effective promotion of the ROF story requires focus on Cu, Ni, and PGE's - period. Noront needs to stick to their script.
If nobody has previoulsy embraced these rumors, I am hoing to reiterate them now... A TSX listing is imminent, and the assays for the DE2 deep holes had to be redone because they reteurned Cu, Ni values that were higher than 1%... There you have it... Two bonafide rumours.
No where did I put my multi-vitamins?... I need my daily fix of Cu... Mmmhhh copppeeerrrr... I must contact the manufacturer about adding Nickel to the mix..
Regards,
B.
