Message: Dump Richard campaign - the irony

Snug... I am bit puzzled by your post. It seems it was more about hearing yourself talk, than about saying anything worthwhile, which is quite uncharacteristic for you... Any you speak of "loose lips"?

1. Seems to me there was a "rumbling" a while back about dumping RN. Rather ironic given the TSX Venture Exchange award.

There was no dump the Richard campaign... What are you talking about? There was suggestion that Nemis needs to bring in a person with the right qualities to promote and market NOT from a high level position within the company. Period. You seem to be overlooking key details of many posts on this topic to create false issue you can challenge retrospectively with the ammunition of a TSX award is based only on the indisputable technical successes of the company. The fact is the award was not about Nemis's leadership of the company, and in fact, during the interview, Nemis himself admits that the story of MFL is still not well known now almost a year after the discovery... There's that pesky promotion issue again.

2. And if the rumor of Mike White at IBK questioning RN's leadership was true, I wonder how he now feels. Moreover, I wonder whether IBK will continue marketing Noront to prospective institutional buyers. Loose lips sink ships.

This is the first I have heard of Michael White questioning Nemis's leadership... There are rumours that pressure has been put on NOT's management to bring in more people to help them out, and clearly recent NRs indicate that NOT either independently recognized, or agreed, that this was necessary. I think most reasonable people are aware and would agree that NOT needs to work harder on the promotion/marketing of MFL, raher than just waiting for the results to speak for themselves and do the job of promotion, and the format of recent NRs containing that last published results are arguably a case in point in this regard.

3. RN's comment on "daily share price" watching during his most recent Agoracom interview is important. It speaks strongly to his longer term strategy, which most people forget about.

Who ever doubted the long term strategy? Long-term shareholders such as myself have been quite happy with the strategy, which is why we are still invested. However, one cannot ignore short-term strategy in favor of the long. Maximizing the speculative value of current and recent developments by effective promotion of those results and the developing story of MFL is key to capitlising on the fruits of the long-term strategy by building and maintaining as strong SP, and thereby maximizing shareholder value. We are dangeroulsy and vulnerably undervalued right now... And to reiterate, how is it that nearly a year after the discovery, that NOT can admit in an interview that the MFL story, with all of its argued potential with nearly tens of millions of dollars in exploration and the largest claim staking rush in 40 years, is not widely know about?? This is a clear, but not necessarily deliberate, oversight in short-term strategy... NOT"s management has been doing been a great job at doing at what it has been doing, hence the award, but the problem is that it is not doing everything that needs to be done, probably because they simply do (or did) not have enough people, which is why Mr. Nemis can admit that many people still do not know about MFL . The irony, if there is any, is that Mr. Nemis used to be quite focussed on the daily SP of NOT and has previously lamented to many, including me, about how the market was not 'properly' responding to their news releases. It seems to me that it is because their short-term strategy of relying on the results to do the work of promotion has not been as effective as expected, that we are now being told not to worry about the SP and focus on the long-term. Somebody who is not focussing on the daily action of the SP does not make statements about the next financing being at $10...

4. All of his moves over the last six months - the private placement, the VTEM program, the JVs, the purchasing of drills, the drill programs, the hiring of more top notch management, the upcoming 43-101 - wake up and smell the coffee folks. It's happening in a very professional manner.

All excellent, and nothing less should be expected of Mr. Nemis and company, but conspicuioulsy absent is anything about the successes of promoting of the MFL story. Any junior mining company executive will tell you, if you ask them what is next after releasing great drill results, is promotion, promotion, and promotion.... The drills can only do so much talking, and its up to the company to spread the news of 'their' word and tell the world what they have found. Many of you whom have never worked in the junior mining business do not understand the dynamics of developing a story like MFL. Its never just about the results, because without full and active promotion, their full and deserved specalutive and fundamental value will likely never be realized.

5. Twelve months from now have have a look at the share price. I bet you'll be smiling - big time!

That's funny... And continuing from the above, it seems we were uttering these exact words nearly 12 months ago when the discovery was first announced... Do you realize that NOT first traded in the $3/share range on Sepetember 13th, 2007? Does it not seem a bit odd to you that given the numerous postive developments in the past 10 months, that we are still trading at these levels?

Finally, to Agoracom, whomever interviewed Mr. Nemis did a terrible job... He came across as inexperienced, distracted, uncomfortable, and rather pathetic. Next time, please find somebody else of the calibre more suited to interviewng our esteemed Mr. Nemis.... He deserves much better.

Regards,

B.
