Clearing out my cash balance

In my TD acc't. There's NOT much there, so I've got a bid in for only 50 shares, which is below the threshold and subject to extra charges. That's fine with me, but my bid has been on the ask and should've been filled.

Instead, I'm being jumped over and under and ignored. You'd think they would've filled that small amount. Guess I'll end up NOT getting filled.
