I think you did a great job.

Here's why:

  • You were respectful of the person you were interviewing.
  • You asked relevant questions covering all the key points.
  • You let him answer each question without interrupting.
  • You encouraged him when there was a pause, as in "Just getting started aren't we?"

And as Mr. Nemis said "Thank you for taking the time to interview me".
