A brief thought on valuation...

Stating the obvious here, but sometimes it needs to be said, as there are some who would argue that market is actullay valuing NOT on what it now believes its assets are worth, i.e., the DE1 43-101 resource...

The big problem with this line of thinking is that it leaves out the value of the huge claim/land holding that NOT has in the MFL area, never mind Windfall and other properties, which is just plain wrong. That huge portfolio of claims, which is the largest in what is admitted to be a highly propsective area, is worth hundreds of milllion of dollars based on the discovery of DE1 and the fact that more DE1 pods are waiting to be found on that property. Talk to any geologist and they will tell you that given what is now known about the geology at MFL, it is unlikely that a lot more mineraliztion will not be found. I would even say that all of that ground is worth just as much as DE1, but that is probably stretching it...

At any rate, like sheep, some of you on this forum will try and rationalize your way into believing that somehow NOT is not riducoulsy undervalued and believe or accept that the market knows better than you, which is both irrational and ridiculous initself. THIS COMPANY IS RIDICOULSY UNDERVALUED, even just based on the results to date - START BELIEVING IT - and Noront needs to start convincing people of that.

Regards,

B.
