To believe the unbelievable (that is, to recognize a black swan early in the

game), is beyond the risk-taking rules followed by most investors/traders.

Furthermore, the greater the improbability of the initial black-swan event,

the higher is the standard of factual evidence demanded by the

unbelievers.



That is why, in my opinion, they will not believe NOT.V is "real," until they

see the 43-101 report.
