When asked about the ROF and the size of it , Richard said "the word is slowly getting out". Slowly? Well what the heck was IBK brought on board for? Richard seems to be doing a better job than IBK when it comes to getting the Noront story out there!!! I'm tired of hearing all this good news (most recently Windfall), but a stagnent SP.
