Good evening to all NOT holders,

I had the previledge of speaking to N.N. this afternoon.

I asked him the following questions,

1. Why are the Assay Results taking so long?

2 When is the 43-101 for Double Eagle 1 going to be completed?

Neil's answer to question 1 is that many of the assay results had to be redone due to the content of chromium found. These tests are more complicated and obviously take a longer time. The Assay company is doing an excellent job according to Neil.

Neils answer to question 2 is that they have an independent consultant presently working on a Resource Estimate. Once this is complete Noront will be sitting down with the consultant to review the report. Once Noront is satisfied with the report, the next step will be to use the information to complete the 43-101.

Richard was in New York and will be returning tomorrow. I hope he has good news.

Lets all keep the faith, I know management will not let us down.

R.S.
