This will also give Noront a strong hand when a major buys them out. Noront can wait till the demand is very high before selling out. They will not be at the mercy of manipulation and share dillution while raising funds for exploration.

It is highly likely they will be getting government funding to offset the cost of the road re - "the mine development would provide road access to several local native communities currently with air access only"
