In regard to tonnage one needs to look at the big picture which has to include PRB and FNC I think from the point of view of increase in SP Peter Smith may be the hero at the end FNC short postion is almost 400K I think the shorts will try to keep the price down after the drilling announcement next week but if FNC hits another Eagle 1 type anomoly they will have to cover and the SP will reach a level more than FNC is worth
