Guys moving heavy equipment in during the winter on winter roads is no big deal and hauling out the same way. Yes it means you don't ship all year but so what?

I've mentioned it before that a joint Federal/Provinial task force is already working on gaining better year round access to Northern Ontario. They know about the 'ROF' and are figuring this into their calculations. Wouldn't take much more in the way of resources for them to start work 'funded by the Governemnt'.

I was surprised by the announcement about laying plans to work DE1 themselves but pleasantly surprised to realize it makes perfectly good sense. A lot of ore is so darn rich that selling it to someone else who'd make a ton of money isn't the best way to maximize return to shareholders.
