You mean level 3, not 2. Most people cannot see these stop losses. In our case today, I do not think this has to do with stop losses but rather general market condition. I have heard the word Depression now twice in the last week to describ the POSSIBLE situation in the US. This word alone can cause panic in the markets and very unreasonable actions-like selling NOT at its current price!!
