If Sprott is notorious for getting PP shares and playing games with them, why did management cut them in on the deal in such a large way. I have to think that there should have been enough investors wanting in on those PP shares that would have looked at this as more of a longer term investment. Selling such a large share of your company to known manipulators and players does not seem like a wise move to me.
