I was on record July 9th (as was Al from TC site) buying NOT (Al was buying the day before though). Us old timers on this board play these EXTREME troughs at least 2 times per year and it pays. Buy in low $2's and sell when hits $7. Still Plenty of time for those on fence, and here's Scotia's LT outlook Technical for NOT last night (bit higher this time at just under $9.00):
