Someone asked on this recently. Last time I checked major owners were:

Noront mgt 10%, PNP Pinetree 10%, Rosseau Asset Mgt 9%, IBK Capital mgt 4%, SPGP 3%....Sprott Asset mgt formerly owned 9% evidently sold all as per Tue BBN Sprott Hodson interview, part 2....and excellent post here by Dintro Coolo
