I have been fascinated by the blimp transport idea since it was first presented here a few days ago. Some news articles have said it would not be available until 2012, but Reuters seems to indicate it may not take that long.

This is not fiction. It is a demand-driven idea whose time has come. Perhaps we can see how much info we can get on it, i.e., capital outlay, operating cost. All conjecture at this stage of course. Any ideas out there?
