Here is hoping it is not a 'leak' because if it is the Exchange will soon be on the phone to Noront asking hard questions and if the answers don't satisfy them quickly THEY will put a stop on Noront until they get answers.

The exchange doesn't like big movements in share price/volume for no reason. If Noront, as seems likely, continues the way it has this morning Noront will have the exchange on the phone demanding answers as to why.

Would have loved a 'halt' when we were losing share value and now on the rebound would hate it. Leave Noront alone to run higher and higher.
