Good day to all, exciting times are upon us once again.

Just a quick observation that I am looking for verification on.

Is it true that "All" financial institutions will not allow margin borrowing once a stock is below $3? I've seen the available margin dissapear over the last few weeks when NOT dropped below $3. Wondering if the margin account will appear again tomorrow since we closed today above $3.

If this is the case, breaking $3, especially the first time around forced a lot of margin calls making it seem like everyone was dumping by choice.

P.S. My sources are also telling me that NOT has hit massive on a 3rd anomaly, but I prefer to wait for the actual release.
