Yes, I have always understood that WSR was using one of the original 4 drills allocated to NOT. I would also opine that th 5th drill will be used on the NOT/FWR JV. It would make sense that when RN is referring to "us" that he could be referring to one of the JV's.

I think the most significant point to come out of this conversation with RN is aboutthe chromite being a sleeper.
