I find it quite surprising that you would raise the question of joint venturing the properties at this time. This has previously been discussed and generally accepted as a positive step for NORONT. I do not have the time at my disposal to debate the question , but suffice to say that I totally support the idea. I am off to continue to enjoy the summer.
