Again, I will state that selling Windfall doesn't make sense. The 43-101 NR stated that they are looking to make money to buy a concentrator for the MFL area. I assume they are looking to truck out material to raise this money rather than a PP, because they know they are going to need the funds that they have now. Windfall could fund the construction and maintenance funding for further exploration in MFL.
IMO keeping Windfall provides the following:
- a source of income and
- a place to learn the mining experience.
Selling it would provide a larger bank account, but is that worth to the market as much as an earning per share number on the financial statement?
In the end, we will need a resource estimate to understand the value of the property, and until that time, I will stick to my opinion that it would be better to mine it ourselves, unless we get more value from it than a paultry 20% insitu.
