NOT’s history tells me to always expect the unexpected. I don’t see why a NR could not be publicly released while RN is on tour with the technology available today. I know I can’t leave town without taking my office with me unfortunately. An explosive NR could have been partially prepared in advance and could be finalized and released to the public to coincide with the tour. JMO.
