An excellent video with a lot of good information especially for those new to Noront.

2 lines in this video did it for me

just around the 5 min 48 sec mark the statement is made that "we are trying to maximize shareholder value" and then he says this could be the "granddaddy of them all"

2 very powerful statements, especially the first one, I am currently invested in another company ( to go unnamed) where the president thinks that retail investors are a "pain in the ass" and a necessary evil.
