I do agree with most of what you relate but in many ways this comment backs up the feelings of most forum members that Noront even after the rough ride appears to offer the biggest potential bang for your investment buck.

"His overall impression of the market is that it is still very very tough to make any money and you need some blockbuster news to really move share price in the short term. He said the solid stocks will prove themselves and as always only invest what you can afford to burn."

Blockbuster news could come at any time with Noront. The exceptionally prospective ground and massive drilling in the 'ROF' is exciting and it's hard to point at anything similar happening in the past 10 years. Rocky road maybe and we've taken our lumps but nobody said it was easy and if it was the rewards wouldn't be the same.
