Moneytree - You are a fairly new poster, and have chosen to belittle one of the more distinguished and valuable contributors to our board. Yet, you excuse what you said with the blithe comment: "I opened with 'with respect'." Well, that does not necessarily excuse the tenor of your post. If someone were to tell you that they felt your contribution here was comparable to the circular hollow space contained between the twin gluteus maximi muscles - but they meant that "with respect" - I don't think you would take the proffered opinion as being sincerely "respectful".
