Well, if the Chromite deposit is deemed to be $15 billion, here is what we would require in terms of deposit size (roughly)

If we assume that rodg45's post the other day is accurate and raw chromite ore is worth $400.00 per tonne, then:

$15,000,000,000 / $400.00 = 37,500,000 mt.

Again, if we assume that the rock density of 2.5 tonnes per cubic metre:

37,500,000 / 2.5 = 15,000,000 cubic metres

In order to have 15,000,000 cubic metres, we would require a deposit to be 60 X 500 X 500 metres. Doable? I would like to think so in light of the fact that B1 & B2 are some 800 metres apart.
