I'll agree and if they want 10% they'll likely have to buy them from Dick Nemis at whatever he deems reasonable because we're not selling him our shares.

It's very hard to see how a determined buyer could accumulate 13 Million shares on the open market without pushing the price way through the roof.

Now the question is? Can the boys at Noront find a use for $150 million or so dollars from a special private placement? Further can they turn that hypothetical $150 Million into $600 Million increase in resource value? Pretty excisting times with what seemed fanciful turning out to be maybe 'conservative'?
