Very interesting posts by Herb/Poly/ Res-inv today. I give a bit of credibility to each of them, but only a bit.
Herb is describing a bulk sample that will net us maybe 200 mill. Poly disputed it as it is not proven up yet. Res -inv says it will come somewere in the middle but not real hi grade stuff, as these stringers are very inconsistant.
I have posted previously that I believe the hole 100 area is going to be a company maker. There is no way they simply drilled 4.8m thru the richest part of that vein and there is very little around it. My example of this is a gold operation I worked north of Yellowknife in the sixties. Working on a drift crew at Discovery,NWT, we drifted on the 12th and 14th level chasing a 7-9 ft wide vein averaging 2+oz/ton. On both levels we drifted 650ft before the vein pinched off. My point is that the average grade stayed fairly consistant for an area of 8 x650 x200+. I realize the ground is different here but there will be a lot more there than 4.8m x a few feet. I feel 4.8 x20x20m x 40 oz is a very conservative figure. Poly will dispute this as it is not proven. That is why we are here. We are speculators. We believe there is more there. If it was proven up the SP would be where we hope it is going to get to. This will soon become evident as we approach the 100 area.
More to come on the Eagles and Blackbirds tomorrow.
