Noront can use Windfall as a cash cow to fund exploration in the 'ROF' and of course use the cash raised by the PP (would never have been raised solely on Windfall prospects) to get Windfall into production.

Might take time but together they are worth more than their separate parts.

Eventually Noront will sell of some 'ROF' properties to majors and likely continue to fund exploration on other 'ROF' properties. Noront is building Management for the long haul and shareholders are likely to be hansomely rewarded along the way.

Other than a 'fast buck' splitting up a winning team seems of little value.
