A "43-101" report means that it, the report, is compliant with National Instrument 43-101. NI 43-101 is a "STANDARDS OF DISCLOSURE FOR MINERAL PROJECTS" guideline. The report can contain any or all information that the proponent wishes to include, as long as the information has been verified and the report prepared by a "qualified person".

Economic types of information, i.e. costs, etc, are generally released in "feasibility studies", which depending on who prepared the report, may or may not be NI 43-101 compliant. Securities regulators only recognize and accept those of the former variety.

Hence, the anticipated Aug 15th "43-101" NOT report may or may not include any information re the economics of the Eagle 1, Eagle 2 or Blackbird 1 discoveries.
