I am in the second group.
I started purchasing in march at 5.72, damn near had a stroke at 2.12, was smart enough ( i Hope) to purchase on the way down and now have a signifigant amount of shares avging 3.70.
I have about 40% of my investment in NOT, 20% in Freewest, 20% in Spider and the balance in other ROF plays and a couple of other speculative plays.
Was it hard to watch it go from 5.72 to 2.12? you betcha it was, but no more difficult then those who bought at .18 and saw it go to 7.20. Thos folks went from a 40 times gain to a 16 times gain, some would argue that it is still profit, yes it is, but if they sold it was 40 times, so its just as hard for them as the new team in town.
We watch this stock, all of us do, at first, once a week, then daily, then we check the prebids and check at noon, then its hourly and now some of us have real time going as we watc the board and marketwire at the same time......Its hard theres no denying that
I hate to lose, I'm stubborn and I'm not about to sell, I feel that I have done what is necessary to prepare myself for
1. buying and 2. accepting risk
I have time, I have a plan and I believe that the company has a plan too, I am not anxious to sell and have faith that this may be one of those 1 in 10,000 stocks that makes drams come true.....
At windfall the first group crawled, at Eagle 1 the second group walked, we've stumbled a little, but will pick ourselves up and walk again......I am here to ride the bike, and have that same feeling I had 48 years ago,, I think we all are....before i retire, I will have that same feeling again.
Its friday, time for a beer and relax this weekend. The NR is coming soon, don't fret, it will come and the stock will go up and go down....it always does, hang in for the long run, in my mind its a winner...if you're not sure, do your own research, make peace with yourself and do whats best for YOU. But have fun and enjoy the ride....
