There are lots of theories on manipulators and shorts.

Any theories on what is going on when Pinetree Capital is trading below $2.00?

Pinetree stockprice is acting like a financial with really bad subprime mortgage assets.

Pinetree is a major financier of companies like Noront. They recently gave Mantis Minerals money to drill Probe's claims at Tamarack.

I am hoping companies like Noront will fly and lead to a more virtuous circle for Pinetree and the junior miners.

I noticed that similar junior financier, Longview Capital , trading near 18 cents, cashed out of MacArthur minerals recently at the high of $2 for a double on 2.7 million shares. Recapitalizing of these financiers will be good for all juniors.

A stronger CRB may come soon..but many juniors missed the latest moves in gold and commodities.
