They started with 2.56 and didn't get any response, moved to 2.60 and then 2.70, both bids and asks matched both on sp and number of shares. Pretty conspicuous. Mining shares may be taking a hit right now but someone really wants this NOT company for cheap and they'll use what ever nasty tactic they think will work.
