Unfortunately there only seems to be one naysayer around(multiple of naysayers usually indicate something is up). Oh well every day NOT is drilling down at 3 holes and adding to what they know and have. Some day it will be abundantly clear that we have, "the granddaddy" of them all. The thing is, it will not matter one bit what the manipulators say or do. A major will want this property and 2-3 other majors will not surrender it cheaply.
