While we wait for the Resource Estimate Technical Report

I would like to share a couple observations regarding the initial resource estimate.

Based upon the $US three year trailing average metal prices and $US exchange rate, the total value in Canadian dollars for E1 (indicated and inferred) is $2,391,797,248.16 with each metal valued as follows:

Ni - $1,818,156,266.67 (76.06%)

Cu - $260,400,800.00 (10.89%)

Au - $9,835,226.87 (.41%)

Pt - $158,445,873.53 (6.62%)

Pd - $140,005,216.15 (5.85%)

Ag - $4,953,864.95 (.21%)

Note: One thing that the initial report did not make metion of was the "ium's" (rhodium, osmium, iridium and ruthenium) that were found at E1. Perhaps we will here a little more regarding the "ium's" in the technical report.

I also find it interesting if not telling that when NOT put out the original release, they included the NSR $C/tonne and deducted shipping costs from both the Massive and Disseminated resources. I am curious as to why they would deduct shipping costs from the disseminated resources if in fact these resources would be processed at an on site concentrator. (Built via cash flow from shipping the unprocessed massive ore).

One other obsrevation - The NSR $C/tonne listed in the initial report represents approximately 67% of the GMV per tonne. This would suggest that shipping costs for the ore equal 33% of the GMV? As an example, this would suggest that it would cost $772.70 to ship each tonne of indicated massive unprocessed ore. Anyone else think this is a little steep?

I guess we will see more details within the technical report in the next few days but I thought I would start the ball rolling with hopefully some meaningful discussion.

Cheers,

Milsy1
