It may be time to review this very important document. If someone could post the original wording that would be great. However, as I understand it, it gives every shareholder except the one trying to do a hostile take over the right to buy more shares from the company, diluting significantly the % of ownership of the hostile take over company and reducing their ability to pursue their endeavour in this fashion. I suspect at a valuation of $5, most shareholder's would step forward with additional funds to support the company.
