Sources have confirmed to me that we have an IR team heading out to Europe at the end of the month and early September. The thinking is that Europeans understand Chrome more than North American markets. If American markets do not get this soon, they will find it much more expensive once European investors jump in. Kemi is a cash cow from what I hear and their grade and thickness is lower than ours. Once they see our potential, they will be driving our SP to at least a reasonable level say 5-7$.
