I think many of us believe that NOT Management has listing on

TSX as a high priority ,and was one major reason for getting the

43- 101 completed. They know that many Funds and individual

investors are reluctant to buy on the Venture due to the

manipulation. Many Americans are totally uncomfortable with the

Venture Exchange , and do not buy period.

NOT's new expert on TSX listing , Mr. Parisotto, will get us there

sooner rather then later.. I personally expect sometime this fall.
