Each of the incumbent directors, Ian Campbell, Bruce Durham, Angus Footman, David Wahl, Peter Akerley, and Nelson Baker was elected as a director of the Company to hold office until the close of the next annual meeting of shareholders of the Company, unless such office is earlier vacated........This is from the TME special meeting a while back. Know any of them Snug???
