I may be being a bit sensitive ,but I think inquiries made to you that do not require confidential info should be acknowledged. It seems that this is often not the case, and many questions don't even get the form reply "Your question has been sent to Management". That usually seems to be the end of it. The question just went into a Black Hole and never came out!

Patience is still the order of the day here, and we all know that Richard and team are frantically busy. Also much info must be held lin confidence.

However, I recently asked twice that our site be updated, hoping that I was being helpful. No reply. This does not require a response from Managment , and posters should be respected.

Great news is imminent. Let's be on top of it.
