Dead no, disappointing & battered yes. The market has stated what they believe NOT is worth at the moment. Drilling & GOOD news will turn this thing around. I'm sure there are many who have bought NOT at much higher prices than this & feel the same. I plan on sticking this thing out & hopefully I too 1 day will be able to reep the rewards. NOT counting NOT out just yet!
