Not to dispute what you are saying ( I agree with the thrust of your post) but the Cr is economically far more valuable because in mega quantities, it has considerably less development/realization/ownership risk than a Nickel resource. There are big integrated metals interests, potentially including China, who will fight for a long term secure Cr supply , the bigger the better. You simply cannot say that about Nickel. Nickel is great, but Cr will prove even better from a risk standpoint. We will find we have many friends soon and they will not behave like predators.
