Depending upon how much cash they put in the 'Windfall' till it's not unlikely the new 'Windfall' could obtain a listing on the 'Senior' market instead of 'Junior'.

From a strickly business viewpoint I'd like to see Windfall stay under Noront umbrella and the cash flow used for exploration. HOWEVER from a share price and shareholder point of view it would make us all a ton of money very quickly.
