A separation of Windfall will require a shareholders meeting to finalize it. If it is to happen in the next year, the only meeting planned is the annual gen meeting in October.Could it be that this will be on the agenda for the AGM?? Otherwise it will require a special meeting such as was done for the shareholder rights plan in 2007.
