Never forget the preferred shares route. Always an option when shares are undervalued.

100M dollars @ 8% convertible to stock at a certain price is an option.

With the new CFO on board, I am sure they will keep this from washing out too badly. They have a rep to protect with Bay Street after last year's marketing pitch and $4 - $5 PP.
