I've been travelling in Europe for the past week and I'm just getting caught up with the latest info on the board. The controversy surrounding the dicussions between Al and Cos is disturbing. Both of them bring a host of knowledge and information to the NOT board and both are respected. It would be a crying shame if one of them decided not to continue posting.

Unless supposedly anonymous posters are known to each other then why would anyone get upset if their posts are questioned, surely in a democratic society we all have the right to our own opinions and if we disagree with something that is written we can say so. The only codicile should surely be that the poster and the objector be expected to support their posts with facts and if they are unable to do so then they should withdraw their remarks.

On another topic

I have for the past few months been pondering the split of Windfall and the benefits that would accrue. One of the points that I believe would be a negative (at this point in time), IMO) would be the ability of Noront to draw down some of the intrinsic value of Windfall, that would accrue from the bulk sampling , to support the drilling program at McFaulds. This could of course be done on a loan basis from one company to the other and be supported by the interest rate charged. I would welcome some discussion on this by some more knowledgeable posters.

I'm heading off to a day at the track, hopefully to recoup some of the past weeks losses on the market.

Long and strong on NOT ,GLTA

Joe
