other risks

1. buyout by larger company before the true value of assets is realised

2.Change of management

3.Big snow storm in winter and hinder the drilling work ( temoporily bad for share price)

4. Unexpected legal issue

5.Unexpected accident that leads to investigation by Government ..

anyway,those risks are very remote..

in 2 months time, the price that pop up is more of a reality..
