they are obligated ot give you the news within a certain timeframe. I believe its 30 days but I may be wrong.

I also have a question....how come when I want to buy stock its never at the price I want to pay? and then after I buy it it seems to go south....Its been a brutal 6 months since my entry in the stock market...I keep buying down.....to try and avg my price to something reasonable but enough is enough...

I am looking forward to the ride up because the ride down has gone on way too long...
