The lack of news over the last 5 weeks is definitely frustrating for most of us, however I have full confidence that Richard Nemis and his team are working very hard, and in our best interests.

When will we hear details of our company's progress? I can't say for sure, but I will make a prediction.

I predict that RN will make sure we have something substantial, before the AGM at the end of October.

Thanks to Coswil's posting yesterday, showing the trading history of Noront over the last year, we know that our stock was trading in the $5. - 6 range at the time of last year's AGM. I would think RN would want us to be at, or above that price, and will do everything in his power to make that happen. Having said that, there are many economic factors playing out in the financial world that may negate RN's efforts to achieve the desired price range, but not hold back our real progress.

On the positive side, there are several events, or combinations of events that I think will make my prediction become reality. These possible events have been mentioned many times on this board, the most likely being a buy-in by a major, good to excellent assay results, including AT12, and the designation of it as "Eagle 3" (a given in my book, hence my new avatar), and further, positive delineation details of existing discoveries.

I make this prediction in earnest, and stake my reputation on said prediction. If Noront's share price does not close above $6.00 on the close of the trading day, October 28th, 2008, then I would ask all who have kindly voted for me in the past, to re-vote me at the one star level, and I will banish Canseco to the bush leagues until Crazydik is awakened.
