What this suggests to me is that Noront Resources Management has hashed out several viable contingencies, each based on probable future circumstances. Simply put, the RISK is that the Global Financial Markets send everyone back to the start of the "Stone Age". Any thing less than that gives Noront Management some room to manoeuvre in a bad situation all the way to Fantastically Blue Skye's, with so much room to manoeuvre that being able to have so many options to consider will make matters more challenging, though with positive potential(s) abounding in every possible choice to pick among.

If we keep clear to the "New Stone Age", there is a decent possibility we could see Scoping Studies finalized on Eagle 1 as soon as next June, and likewise for Windfall by next Fall, should they be able to demonstrate the currently elusive continuity or ore Veining in any of the several very promising Zones currently being tested by UNDERGROUND exploration. Feasibility Studies would then be worked on vigorously while Early Stage Development Equipment is put on Order (as is currently the situation with several other current Development Stage near future Mines).

As for future Exploration Funding, assuming we steer clear of a 'New Stone Age', Globally speaking, there will be several options available. And further dilution in Share Holder's Share Holdings is likely the last option to be acted on, and then only if Noront Management is able to produce a series of "Bad News Reports". Though possible, NOT the most likely possibility!

As for potential in Developing Eagle 1 to kick start the much larger Blackbird(s) development(s), Richard Nemis was known to have made a trip to NYC in mid/late Winter. Question is, Why the Trip to NYC shortly after the Discovery of Eagle 2 with its Cr and Ni/Cu. And also, having much of the NI 43 - 101 data in hand at that time as well. The 'New Vision' seems to be "Multi - Vision".

Possibilities abound, and the least likely and also the most undesirable, from a Global Perspective (a New Stone Age), is a distinct remote possibility, BUT most all the other Distinct and More Likely possibilities are fair, to very good, if NOT exceptional.
